Offers accepted for my first deals!
Everyone keeps saying "just do it", so I did. Made 10 offers over the past week on some SFRs and found out today that two were accepted. (My first deals ever) Looks like these will be fix and flips to try to build up my cash reserves to move on to some BRRRRs. Got into them both well, so I'm in no fear of losing money and got them both off the MLS. Now the fun begins!
