Buying Short Sale

Beau Alesi
Posted

Having a contract worked up for a short sale.

The proposed value is $425K( if even accepted by bank) and the house is worth about $675 as it and with about $100k put into it roughly $850k.

The problem is the house has (4) tenants in it so I guess flipping it could be an issue if the tenants don't leave.

Any thoughts??? Thanks

@Beau Alesi

Are you saying you are offering $425 on a $600k+ house?

Bank today most likely will let it go for foreclosure sale as homes are getting great pricing at sales.
