Fix and Flip opportunities in PA

I am looking for flip opportunities in the Philadelphia and Philly suburb areas and was wondering if anyone knows of some good towns/areas to look at.  Would anyone know of any good areas?

Can you be a bit more specific....type of property, price range, how big a reno scope, will you manage or do it remotely....these will help give you more specific responses....
