Exit Clause on Purchase Agreement
Anyone have a bulletproof exit clause to add to a standard purchase agreement? (not related to financing or inspection).

"Buyer has the right to terminate this contract for any reason for X days after binding agreement."
Simple as that. Good luck getting any seller to agree to it, unless they are tremendously motivated...
