Hello everyone, I am looking for an investor or contractor who can provide itemized labor rates (in $/SF of the house) for various construction scopes in projects located in the Bay Area and Sacramento.. For instance, what is labor rate to install LVP flooring, installing interior doors, installing windows, interior painting, installing Romex, installing electrical panel, removing PEX plumbing and running new, removing trash, installing cabinets, installing counter tops, installing tiles and more. If you know someone who can help, please let me know. Thank you!

Very interesting how do they define HIC versus commercial ?

Not the same way REI do, this leads to profound communication breakdowns that have been happening for decades

Residential; Any building were people live.

Commercial; Buildings where people don't live.
