Current listing with not enough showings
Hello, I am selling a 4/2 and it's been listed for 23 days with about 6 showings. Feedback has not suggested property needs additional repairs/work, only that they are looking in a different area. Should I lower the price?

What are your finishes like? Are they on par with the comps? Seeing pictures would be super helpful to give you better feedback.
