Trying to get back in the game...
Hey Everyone on BP!
My name is Joe R. and I actually joined BP about a year ago. My wife and I built custom homes in Birmingham, Alabama for about eight years, right up until the crash. We got out clean (no bankruptcy), but lost all of our savings, etc. trying to keep our good credit good, which we did. We are now in a much better place and are trying to get back into real estate, maybe wholesaling, or team with a dashboard investor. We don't have much to invest in a property and we are trying to find investors looking for experience and sweat equity (I know, me and everyone else) to team with. We have much to offer.
