Baltimore City Use & Occupancy Permit

Hey,

I received a code violation for a vacant property after squatters broke in and broke a door and a window. The squatters were evicted and these were fixed immediately. Do I need to get a Baltimore City Use & Occupancy Permit if the property stays vacant?
