In order to get a permit of occupancy, I need to get a license. Can anyone tell me what type a license I need for a business that buys and sells real estate properties?

Thank you for your response. I got burned by previous renters who did not pay rent, water bills and even established an assisted care business in my property without informing me. No more renters. I want to rehab the property later this year and sell it.

Hey,

I received a code violation for a vacant property after squatters broke in and broke a door and a window. The squatters were evicted and these were fixed immediately. Do I need to get a Baltimore City Use & Occupancy Permit if the property stays vacant?
