For Sale By Owner success tactics
Looking to hear some success tactics when selling your flips.
We currently use Zillow, Craig's list, Fizber, post a property flyer on Facebook to local groups & a sign in the front yard. Are there any other free means of advertising that others have found successful?

Hi@Caryn Pollock, in addition to what Abel mentioned, there's also the Trelly app. I would also say that sometimes going with realtor might be the best time saver if time is a factor. If you own multiple properties and keep running into the issue of not finding free platforms to post as they don't lead to sales, I recommend just getting you Real Estate license. You can get it through apps like Acebale and it pays for itself after your first sale!
