Jorge - Thank you for commenting. I never heard of ActiveRain. I just joined that group.

We do offer a 2% buyers agent commission but hadn't thought about actively reaching out to agents to let them know. Great idea.

Looking to hear some success tactics when selling your flips.

We currently use Zillow, Craig's list, Fizber, post a property flyer on Facebook to local groups & a sign in the front yard. Are there any other free means of advertising that others have found successful?
