Who uses dealmachine prop stream or batch leads and which one do you like better?

I have used all three. Neither have provided me any true deal flow

I think at the end of the day you are better off working with the larger wholesalers who spend six figures on marketing. Yes, you'll pay them a fee, but it will most likely be less than what you would be required to spend in marketing as well as your time.
