Managing multiple private lenders — still mostly manual?

Posted

Curious how operators here are currently handling communication/reporting with private lenders across multiple projects.

From what I’ve seen, a lot still seems to happen through:

  • texts
  • spreadsheets
  • Dropbox/Drive folders
  • manual update emails

Especially for operators doing multiple fix & flips with private or gap lenders involved.

Is that still the norm?

Have you found a system/process/software you actually like for lender visibility and updates, or is most of it still pretty manual?

I never text. I tell people you text me you mine as well drop money off a skyscraper and hope you get it back. Reason I say this is texts are not functional for business needs and you cannot create flows or tasks easily through text messages. I have a very specific way to operate that allows everything to be easily tracked and followed up.
