Flippers; how do yo justify lipstick on a pig

So....you flipped a house with new paint, cabinets, countertops etc. The entire infrastructure was ignored. The galv plumbing, asbestos ducts, clay lat, aluminum/k&t wiring is left in place. Not even re-splicing the Buchanan crimps or a dedicated circuit for the micro.

How do you justify this terrible work, done by your non tax paying underground handyman, unpermitted, undocumented & done with the cheapest materials.

I get it, the margins don't work. So....is making $ more important? Why are people with no understanding of building doing flips? Would you want your loved one's sleeping there? How do you sleep at night?
