first for-profit rehab

I've done several rehabs, but always on houses I was living in (more or less.) I'm now doing my first one that's an investment. I've put some pictures in a gallery:

Only "before" pictures at the moment. I have some "during" pictures that I'll get up tomorrow or so. Be a few more weeks for the "afters".

My intention is to keep this as a rental.
