Wall Covering By Stove

We bought a house and the wall next to the stove was in really bad shape when I moved in. Covered in grease and it was so bad that we had to replace the drywall. Does anyone cover the wall next to their stoves? If so, what do you use and where do you get it?

Tile backsplashes are great on the higher end.

Use non pourous tile and rather dark grout or any grout with a good sealant on top to make cleaning the grease easy.
