i just won a foreclosure auction, I paid for the home, and received a bill of sale. I am In fl. I must now wait eleven days to receive my title in the mail. My question is.....  There is a lot of tree work that needs to be done. Can I start doing the tree work to this vacant property while waiting on the title? All I have right now is a bill of sale from the county. I don't plan on entering the home until I have the title

The legal advice police will probably come out on this- but if it were my property in my area and I needed to do work on the land?  No way I'm waiting 11 days for something in the mail.  It's you're property.  I would have  a copy of the bill of sale with me in case someone asks.   Whose gonna care?  The neighbors will probably come out and thank you.

I would check my state laws on rights of redemption.  I would have researched that before I bought.  If you don't know what FL rights of the foreclosed are, get competent advice @Demetrius Crisco!
