Hello BP members,

I need a step by step guidance . I managed to find a deal through direct marketing where in seller wants to sell all his 10 SFR. All properies are currently rented. I am a newbi

Could you please guide me step by step on getting this deal done? For eg: Inspections, Paperwork that should be taken care of and finally funding. Package is worth around 400 K. I am still negotiating with seller for good price and finding out rental income for each property in the package. Meantime, all gurus out there, please guide me.
