Calumet City Rehab Process

Has anyone completed a rehab in Calumet City?  Is it easy to work with the building department?

I have completed a gut rehab flip in Calumet Park..Horrible city officials..they will take money from you anyway they can...they gave me ticket for $1100 for uncut grass in the alley and some trash. Also check for very high taxes in Calumet city.
