commercial property funding

My husband and myself have a five unit property located in Toledo, Ohio. We are about 75% done with rehab and have temporarily run out of funding due to life changes. Overall we need about 8k to finish everything and get it rent ready. Essentially I could have 2 units ready in under 2k. What are some alternative ways to get funding for this project without having to wait 4 months to restart?

You are going to rent this place out correct? You need to go on a search for money, can you get a loan? Do you have a line of credit on your personal house? Can you borrow against your other properties to get this place finished?

How did you come to be in this situation with the rehab? How did you run over on your costs?
