Replace siding for a flip: Yes or No?

Hellop BP community,

I am in a contract for a 2 story houses in Chicago. As part of the scope of work, I am trying to decide whether to replace the vinyl siding for the property or not. The siding is still in a good shape and properly just need power wash and touch up.  The color of the siding is the typical white color. However, 2 comps around the house has new siding after rehab and they have trendier colors. Not replacing siding will save me $3k. I have the budget for replacing siding. What would you do in this case? Thank you for the feedback.

@Tuan L.

No need to replace. If its in good shape, just power wash and get it cleaned up. If you want it a different color, then you can always paint vinyl.

Sherwin Williams paint is the best for exterior & they sell a paint that will work in 35 degrees and above.

Congrats on your first flip!
