Hi B.P's 

I am an investor from New Zealand currently active in the earthquake damaged house market. We buy As is where is properties and rem-mediate the structural aspects to obtain insurance then sell for modest profits.

I am looking to adapt my concept/strategy to the Tampa bay market with regards to sink hole properties. I will be moving to Florida January next year and I am looking to be put in touch with my sinkhole people!
