Where to get the numbers... It depends on who you are looking to call. Are you calling expired listings? investors? Agents?

Account Closed There aren't a lot of reliable lists that come with phone numbers. You'll most likely need to pull your list initially then use a skip tracer to add phone numbers to your list. You need to be careful about where you get the phone numbers from because some of it is public data so your numbers won't be good. I can help out if needed so shoot me a PM if you get stuck.

I pulled tax lien data from the state of Utah to try and call some people who are back on taxes and interested in selling but there is no number in the list. It only has name and address? It doesnt export well into excel either so merging it with another document is difficult. I want to find numbers and how much the tax lien is but dont have that data yet. Any suggestions would be wonderfull.
