Had bought this property in winter, through the usual means I buy ( 31st  auction purchase ).  After having assessed the work to be done, rented the dumpster & parked it in the yard and demo team started work yesterday.  Today, I was in the yard cleaning up and one of the guys came out calling my name telling me, I have a problem at hand and he wants to show me something in the basement.

As we walk in the basement, he flashes the torch and shows me TombStone, with names /dates on it. The date showed sometime between 1700s and 1800s and the house was constructed in 1930's.  I went and touched it and it is not rough and not cold.

While at it, my mind was running through all the scenarios, and whom to call etc.,  -- I don't even know how to handle this situation.

But...

It was Styrofoam cuttings and art work --- Uuuummmppppp.  Halloween decorations.

-- back to work with some laughs.   (oomph, life of a rehabber/flipper !!! !!)

Made me think -

Suppose- if it really was a tombstone - what should be the next course of action?
