Possibly flipping a house with Asbestos shingles for siding?!?
I was looking at possibly flipping a house that has the hard asbestos shingles for siding. This is about a 2000 sq ft two story square house. Anyone know how much I might cost to have shingles removed and disposed of or can I side over them?
This is Illinois, not sure if laws differ by state. The shingles are not in good shape so a thick coat of paint is not a very good option.
