Difference in flooring installation
I'm getting ready to put my house up for sale and I need to replace some of the flooring. I'm pulling out carpet and going with either wood look tile or laminate. The material cost for each is pretty similar, but I'm not sure about installation. Is it very much more expensive to go with tile over laminate?

We are doing a rehab right now and went with luxury vinyl tile. About $2.00 / sq ft and my contractor is putting it in for about $0.75 / sq ft because it is so easy to handle. Lays right over the existing flooring and has a nice wood look.
