Afters on latest rehab...
I'm using a new contractor, AMAZING work, great systems in place etc. This one needed some work, about $23k worth. Got it as an REO, previous owner did all the demo for me, took all doors, light fixtures, appliances, cabinets/counters and the furnace with him.
This has new: windows, carpet, trim, light fixtures, travertine tile, maple cabinets (kitchen/bath), 6 panel doors/closet doors, granite tile counters/backsplash, appliances, paint inside and out, electrical panel, concrete front step, landscaping out front, furnace.
3/1 2 car gar, big lot, starter neighborhood/home, 960 sf. ranch no basement, been on mkt for 5 days w/ an offer coming in tonight.

A bit off-topic (sorry), but that before picture of the kitchen has the sort of paint job that a TENANT would produce; that was for the poster this week who wanted to let his tenants paint his freshly rehabbed house.
