Newton, MA Gut Renovation
My wife and I are planning a full gut renovation of a 2,300 SF single family house in Newton, MA and are trying to plan our budget. We have received preliminary bids from a few contractors and have received wildly varying costs. Their costs come in anywhere between $125 - $400 per SF. (Total cost $287,000 - $920,000) Does anyone have experience in the Newton, MA area? a realistic estimated cost/SF for full gut renovation?
