Floor Plan Modeling software / app?

I'm not the best at sketching out floor plans.  In fact, I stink at it.

I'd love to find an app or program that at least partially automates the process.  Something like an iPad / iPhone app that turns snapshots or video into a properly drawn out floor plan - or better yet, a 3-D rendering of the home, which would make visualizing moving a wall or looking at different kitchen layouts a heck of a lot easier.

Any ideas?
