Looking for So Cal rehab team
I have moved back to Orange County, California and plan on doing some flips and long term holds. What I need is a good rehab team. I have a current rental that needs a kitchen rehab very soon. Please PM me if you have a good lead on a reasonable, competent and licensed rehab person/team.
