Assistance with General Contractor Referral

We are evaluating investing in a couple of Brewerytown, Philly 3 unit shell properties. This is our first foray into Philly. Having a real hard time finding suitable GCs who have the availability. We don’t want to buy without consulting with an experienced GC on the reno costs either. Without a good estimate, our ROI calculations could be way off. I was wondering if someone would be willing to share recommendations for good GCs as well as and structural engineers in Philly. I haven’t met nor worked with this GC yet so take my recommendation for what it’s worth , but I had a good rapport with this Polish contractor named Tomasz Balka. He says he’s done a ton of rehabs in Philly and has a crew that does everything. He was very eager to show me around the properties he had already done, but I haven’t gotten myself back to Philly yet. Pls PM me for his number as I’m not sure he wants me to post it publicly.
