Assistance with General Contractor Referral
We are evaluating investing in a couple of Brewerytown, Philly 3 unit shell properties. This is our first foray into Philly. Having a real hard time finding suitable GCs who have the availability. We don’t want to buy without consulting with an experienced GC on the reno costs either. Without a good estimate, our ROI calculations could be way off.
I was wondering if someone would be willing to share recommendations for good GCs as well as
and structural engineers in Philly.
