We are evaluating investing in a couple of Brewerytown, Philly 3 unit shell properties. This is our first foray into Philly. Having a real hard time finding suitable GCs who have the availability. We don’t want to buy without consulting with an experienced GC on the reno costs either. Without a good estimate, our ROI calculations could be way off. I was wondering if someone would be willing to share recommendations for good GCs as well as and structural engineers in Philly. Thanks in advance for any assistance and guidance you can provide. -Zaki
