Systemizing your deals/rehabs

I am in the process of rehabing my first flip (while maintaining a day job) and have spent a lot of time meeting with subs, selecting finishes, etc. Although this has been a good learning experience that will benefit me in the long run, I want to start thinking about growth and scalability. Can people share some of the processes that you have systemized/standardized for the rehab portion of your flips? I eventually want to be able to have multiple deals going on at the same time and I don't believe it's feasible if I have to spend as much time as I am on this first flip.

Thanks.
