Looking For Local Contractors in Indiana
Hey everyone! My name's Justin and I'm a real estate investor looking to invest currently in SFH and Small MFH for BRRRR investing. My partner Christopher and I are currently making headway in assembling our real estate team! We're long distance investors myself being from New Jersey and him from Florida respectively. We are looking for some assistance if anyone here on the BiggerPockets forums would be awesome enough to help! Currently we are looking for properties to invest in the central/north Indiana area, more specifically, Kokomo. Would anybody have recommendations for good contractors in the area? I have heard through various books and podcasts (the BiggerPockets podcast, David Greene's Long Distance Real Estate Investing, and Brandon Turner's Book on Rental Properties all great listens/reads) that they tend to be more difficult to come by than other team members. If anyone would have any solid recommendations on leads for contractors we would be very grateful.
