Hey everyone! Hope you all enjoyed the last meet-up. I plan to be hosting my own again at some point in the future, but my schedule has been super crazy with my own real estate ventures and I've been unable to get everything set up. Hey everyone! Quick announcement: 

First off: I am beyond stoked that so many people are coming to attend this meet up and looking forward to seeing you all next week! 

With all of that said, due to the increasing turn-out of the upcoming event, the location has changed to accommodate all who are potentially coming next week. We are no longer meeting at the Bergen County Community College. We are now meeting at the following location: 

Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel

801 Rutherford Avenue

Rutherford, NJ 07070

I posted the update above but wanted to make it a comment here so that nobody misses the change in location. 

In the hotel, the meetup will be located in what they call their "Ballroom" and the name of the event is the "Bergen County REIA Meetup"

Date: Thursday, January 24th and Time: 6:00 PM are still the same.

Hey everyone! My name's Justin and I'm a real estate investor looking to invest currently in SFH and Small MFH for BRRRR investing. My partner Christopher and I are currently making headway in assembling our real estate team! We're long distance investors myself being from New Jersey and him from Florida respectively. We are looking for some assistance if anyone here on the BiggerPockets forums would be awesome enough to help! Currently we are looking for properties to invest in the central/north Indiana area, more specifically, Kokomo. Would anybody have recommendations for good contractors in the area? I have heard through various books and podcasts (the BiggerPockets podcast, David Greene's Long Distance Real Estate Investing, and Brandon Turner's Book on Rental Properties all great listens/reads) that they tend to be more difficult to come by than other team members. If anyone would have any solid recommendations on leads for contractors we would be very grateful.

Hey everyone! My partner and I are looking to invest in Kokomo, Indiana, and we're looking for assistance if anyone could help. Of course, we will also be doing our own due diligence outside of BiggerPockets to find names of agents and so forth who are highly rated in the area, but was curious as to if anyone would have any recommendations for a real estate agent? I live in New Jersey and my investing partner in Florida and one of the most important team players we read up on in Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene (highly recommend to those looking to invest long distance and how it'll all be possible) is our agent. Any recommendations either from word-of-mouth, or of past partnerships with one him/her/themselves would be very appreciated :)
