If a rehabber is going to do full-rehab in The Heights with ARV: $195k and repairs $40k-$50k what would be good asking price range on a house?

Price is dependent upon address in the Heights, square feet of house, square feet of lot, number of bedrooms and baths, age of house, size of garage
