I have mobile home friendly land for sale just outside city limits but still in Harris County. Land within city limits is against City regulations.

Houston is a dynamic high profile  and economically diverse city. I have renters in a home I manage now paying $3000/month. Higher prices are common. I have seen up to $10,000/month. Check out Craig's List each day and save driving around. I primarily buy and sell vacant land but occasionally rent a house.

Price is dependent upon address in the Heights, square feet of house, square feet of lot, number of bedrooms and baths, age of house, size of garage
