Question

Seeking information in repects to locating investor(s)interested in an "in house" supervisor / exp. rehabber to flip with. Where does one find such a person? Any help is appreciated. No service magic or Angies list for such?   :help:

Thank you Jon for your time. Yes I am currently a Licensed insured GC. I am selling the company, and look to proceed with just rehabbing. I have stumbled along and have worked with unfortunately, only small fry investors or interested parties without the proper funds. Short version: Past experiences didn't work out as planned, therefore I continue my quest online for yes, a money partner.

I will reconsider the REIA meetings again, seems to be an all around good place to network... Thank You again!

What you're looking for could fall into two categories.  One would be that you are the general contractor.  The other would be that you would be the rehabber and the person you're looking for would be the money partner.  I assume you're really looking for a money partner.

You can advertise here in the "Seeking Financing..." forum once you have enough posts.  But you're likely to have better luck looking closer to home.  REIAs are good places to meet people.  Just talking to people may turn up some surprising people.  A lot of deals like this are made person to person.  If you discuss what you do - rehabbing - with people you know and people you meet you will bump into people who are interested in what you're doing.  Eventually, you'll bump into people who are both interested and have money to fund a deal.

If you really mean being a general contractor, then, again REIA's may be a good place to meet rehabbers who might be looking for someone.  I actually met a GC at a REIA meeting here.  We were just chatting, but I took his card.  Some months later I needed a GC and recalled this person.  I still had his card and gave him a call.
