House flippers in Illinois
Hey everyone! Are there any house flippers in Illinois?
I know a few house flippers around here that keep saying this is not a good time flip homes because of the real estate bubble. I was hoping to get some other inputs regarding that. Would appreciate any responses ❤️😊

We are flipping in Central Illinois. Our toughest challenge is finding good deals, but we are new to this and are getting ready to close our 1st flip. I see a lot of foreclosures in our area so it seems to look good to me.
