How many rehabs can a contractor typically handle? Cautious

Hello, I'm in the process of buying five rehabs within a month from each other. I'm working with a new contractor who has good reputation on service magic and seems like a very nice guy. He is saying that he is able to handle all five projects with no problems, but I would like some advice if this reasonable? What should I look out for?

Thank you.

No way I would give ANY *new* team member ALL of my rehabs, sellers (i.e. to be handled by a new attorney) or buyers (to be handled by a new mortgage rep). He can literally screw up and cost you your entire rehab business. He gets one and I let him know that if he does the right thing I have more projects for him. This makes him work hard and earn the rest of your business.
