I am not sure if I count as an "investor" since I have 7 doors and am only adding a duplex a year. I live in Tacoma and am also looking to connect with people in real estate. I am curious though, you are a "rehabber". Does that mean you are licensed contractor? I have been using Thumbtack (the app) for smaller projects but I am looking for someone to develop a working relationship with for ongoing projects.
