I'm thinking of changing the old bath tub to a jacuzzi bathtub in one of my rental. I had it in one and it rented out pretty fast at a good rental price, it will probably cost me $1000 to do what do you guys think? I was planing on charging $100 more... do you think changing the old bath tub to a jacuzzi tub makes a big difference?

If you can really get $100 a month for a $1000 investment, that's certainly a good deal. Realize there is maintenance on such things, and, having put it in, you're committing to keeping it working.
