So the basement is open and the property is a bi level. The boiler has to be replaced no matter what. So my question is spend $3k to get a boiler installed or spend $7k+ to get heat pump and ductwork installed? Is the return on investment here. Property is located in the northeast. Thoughts?

Hey @Dave S., your specific market will dictate whether AC is worth the investment.

If every other comparable property has it, then you'll be at a significant competitive disadvantage if your doesn't. For example, down in Georgia, we wouldn't dream of renovating a home without including a robust AC system.
