Dependable , Trustworthy HM Lender
We found a property being sold as is for 25k.
Work needed is 8k.
ARV is 60-65k.
Can anyone recommend me a trustworthy, dependable and experienced HML to help me secure my first fix and flip before NYE?

Lending Home is a bigger one. Not sure if they lend to Mississippi specifically, but worth looking into. I believe their minimums are 25k. Haven't borrowed with them myself yet, but their customer service has been great.
