Need Help, First Deal Tips!
Hello everyone, I am in the Pittsburgh, PA area. I have been gathering knowledge and networking with individuals in the area to get as much experience and info as I can for my first deal. I have several properties on my watchlist currently and was was hoping I could get some tips/info to finally take the big step and snag my first deal. Anything and everything will be a help. @Elijah Leonard Great way is to Pick a strategy, find someone who’s done what you want to do, copy them and repeat.
OR in other words:
Educate. Define(redefine) criteria/strategy. Take action. Repeat regardless the outcome.
