@Elijah Leonard to give more context, I have a real estate agent working for me, a contractor at my disposal, and a few high end investors that are in the area and invest in real estate rentals. The only thing is I don’t have a much money for a down payment, about 15k in capital to put down. I was thinking my first couple projects to be fix and flips to get additional capital then advance to some rental units/larger complexes.

Hello everyone, I am in the Pittsburgh, PA area. I have been gathering knowledge and networking with individuals in the area to get as much experience and info as I can for my first deal. I have several properties on my watchlist currently and was was hoping I could get some tips/info to finally take the big step and snag my first deal. Anything and everything will be a help.
