Website or Not? Currently I'm debating whether I should invest in a website. Of course it would work for my We Buy Houses contacts, but do any investor specializing in rentals have a website in place? Pros and Cons..Thx

I built a website to advertise my rentals. I then had signs made with my company logo, phone bumber, and website to put in front of the houses.

I know very little about computers, but was able to build a nice website for free using Wordpress and watching a youtube video about how to do it. I'm able to put lots of pictures, a map, and lots of info about the houses. Also have an application on their that people can download.
