I’m a new real estate investor primarily focused on flip & flips. I’m hoping to meet like-minded individuals.

My wife and I reside in Castle Hills.

Before starting my commercial subcontracting company, which focuses on Division 10 Specialties and carpentry, I spent 8 years working for 2 mid-sized San Antonio general contractors.

While pursuing my degree in Construction Science & Management from UT-San Antonio, I also worked as a construction manager for Highland Homes.

In 2016, I received my MBA from St. Mary’s University.

I’m excited about my new venture in real estate investing.

I’m interested in deals that make sense, meeting potential partners, and innovative construction techniques that save time & money.

What I bring to the table in a potential partnership is money, good credit, construction management and estimating expertise, 4 in-house master carpenters, medium risk - high reward tolerance, design sense, and a splash of humor.

DM if you would like to connect or think I could help you in some type of way.

@Jay Cooper We should get together - my investor clients are always looking for good div 10s that are investment minded, especially on historic remodels
