Beach Condominium Flips
My partner and I have a market for beach rentals. Small Condos only 500sqft. Anyone ever built a business around flipping older units? Any gotchas? We both own in the complexes so we have established relationships with the HOAs. Just thinking that a 500sqft flip is relatively low risk, cost wise. Who has experience and can spread some knowledge!?

@Kwame Williams we are in Texas. But I have even seen units that “need” the help in Myrtle Beach. Condotels that have many units that owners either don’t want to, or cant afford to reno.
