I haven't done it specifically with Project Source, but it can be done. The very easiest way would be to switch out the hinges, and that's what I've almost always done. The Project Source unfinished line looks like it takes standard 110-degree 35 mm cup hinges, full overlay. All you would need to do is replace those standard cup hinges with soft-close cup hinges. You can buy those at Amazon cheap-cheap if you buy in bulk.

Think this is what you need: Soft close hinges - 20 pack

You're going to have to experiment first before you can be sure. It may be that the hinges are different -- they may be 3/4 overlay or something else. But full overlay, 105-degree, 35 mm is the standard mass-production types these days. You find those hinges on pretty much everything.
